Postage and Packing
Orders will be dispatched after receipt of cleared payment. UK orders usually arrive within 2-5 days and international orders within 5-10 days after despatch. Insurance is extra. Please contact me if you require a quotation. Please note - Choice of uninsured carriage is at your risk. I regret that I cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged within the postal system for Standard non-insured shipping services.
Returns
I want you to be happy with my jewellery but if for any reasons they do not meet your expectations I will refund your money minus postage costs. Please contact me by email within 7 days and return the beads to me in their original condition within 10 days for a credit or refund. Items for return must be sent back to us using a trackable method of post such as Recorded or Special Delivery.
Warranty and Disclaimer Silver is sterling silver and gold is 9ct gold unless stated otherwise. Prices are kept at a sensible price so hallmarking has not been carried out. Should you require a hallmark then please let me know this will take between 4 - 6 week and there will be a charge of £15.00 per item
